𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗞𝗶𝗺𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗶𝘀

The Department of Education (DepEd) Davao del Sur provided immediate assistance to families affected by a fire incident in Brgy. Kimlawis, Kiblawan, Davao del Sur. The initiative aimed to help the victims recover from the losses brought about by the disaster.

Relief items such as rice, clothes, school supplies, and hygiene kits were distributed to the affected households. These provisions addressed both their urgent daily needs and the continuity of learning for schoolchildren who were also impacted.

The outreach activity also reflected DepEd’s continuing commitment to community support and public service beyond education. By extending aid, the agency underscored the value of collective action in times of crisis.

This effort was likewise held in line with the 125th Civil Service Anniversary, highlighting the dedication of government workers to uphold the principles of service, compassion, and solidarity with the Filipino people.
