In line with our continuous journey toward achieving Level II Accreditation under the Civil Service Commissionโs PRIME-HRM Program, we are proud to launch PRIME-HRM Day every Wednesday.
This weekly initiative reflects our collective dedication to improving and institutionalizing merit-based, strategic, and responsive human resource systems. Each Wednesday will focus on activities, reviews, and initiatives aligned with the four core HR systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP); Performance Management (PM); Learning and Development (L&D); and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).
All units are encouraged to support and participate in this effort by allotting time for HR system reviews, documentation updates, and internal knowledge sharing.
