In line with the Department of Educationโs push for digital transformation and transparent governance, DepEd Davao del Sur officially launched the digitized โOne Time MOOE Downloading Queue Tracking Dashboardโ on July 21, 2025.
This innovation is designed to improve the management and tracking of Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) by providing real-time visibility on the status of fund releases. The dashboard enables school heads, finance officers, and division personnel to monitor the downloading process โ from fund preparation at the regional office to final crediting to school accounts.
The digital dashboard empowers our schools by giving them timely access to the status of their MOOE funds. It also reduces unnecessary delays and follow-ups, which allows us to focus more on delivering quality education.
The digitized tracking dashboard supports the divisionโs goal of strengthening fiscal transparency, accountability, and efficiency, especially in managing public education funds.
With this move, DepEd Davao del Sur sets another milestone in its commitment to excellence in public service through technology-driven solutions.
