Department of Education (DepEd), through its Schools Division Offices of Davao del Sur, Digos City, and Davao City, successfully conducted the Capacity Building and Workshop on School-site Institutional Guidance on Registration and Documentation (S.I.G.U.R.A.D.O.) to strengthen institutional practices on registration and documentation in schools.

The activity served as a strategic platform to capacitate school heads, records personnel, and concerned staff in ensuring the standardization of school-site documentation and the institutionalization of proper records management aligned with existing DepEd policies, standards, and guidelines.
Resource persons emphasized the critical role of S.I.G.U.R.A.D.O. in promoting organizational efficiency, accountability, and transparency in school operations particularly securing school sites titles. They further underscored the importance of systematic records management in supporting DepEdโ€™s mandate of delivering accessible, equitable, and quality basic education.
Moreover, the sessions included technical discussion which enabled participants to deepen their understanding of relevant procedures while fostering collaboration and exchange of best practices among divisions in securing titles.
Furthermore, successful conduct of this undertaking demonstrates DepEdโ€™s continuing efforts to strengthen the capacity of its personnel, enhance institutional systems, and uphold quality management processes in pursuit of organizational excellence in acquiring school sites titles.
